I moved to Dublin with nothing mapped out beyond "make it work." Airport shifts, restaurant kitchens, and university lectures, sometimes all three in the same week. I built the stability. I hit the numbers I had set for myself.
And then I sat in a break room at the airport, on time for a shift I had earned, and felt completely lost. I had no language for what I was feeling, because from the outside, everything was fine.
That feeling is what I coach around now. Not because I read about it in a textbook. Because I know where it sits in your chest at 2am, and I know that almost nobody around you can see it from the outside.
I have since built a platform followed by 158,000 people across the immigrant community, been invited to seven countries by strangers who found something honest in my story, and helped companies in Dublin, London, and the Gulf understand what their international audience actually needs to hear. The tools that got me out of that break room are what I bring to every coaching call.
